Ice Cream Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box vanilla wafers, crushed, 2 c. powdered sugar, 2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, 1/2 c. butter and 3 eggs, separated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt chocolate and butter together.
Add powdered sugar.
Then add egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each.
Add vanilla.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Put pinch of salt in egg whites before beating.
Fold egg whites into chocolate mixture.
