Ice Cream Pie
Ice Cream Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. corn syrup, 2 tbsp. brown sugar, 3 tbsp. margarine, 2 1/2 c. rice krispies and 1/4 c. peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook over low heat until boiling, all except Rice Krispies. Take off heat and add Rice Krispies.
Press into pie plate. Freeze crust before filling with any desired flavor ice cream. Makes 1 large pie or 2 small pies.
