Ice Cream Salad
Ice Cream Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 70 ritz crackers (crumbs), 1 stick margarine, melted, 1 c. chopped nuts, 2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding and 1 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Stir cracker crumbs, margarine and nuts together.
Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan (all except 1/2 cup).
Mix instant pudding and milk together and add to this, the ice cream.
Mix well.
Pour over cracker crumb crust.
Top with a large Cool Whip.
Sprinkle remaining crumbs on this and refrigerate.
Do not freeze.
