Ice Cream Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lime jell-o, 1 pt. vanilla ice cream, 1 can mandarin oranges, 1 c. crushed pineapple and 1/2 c. crushed pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Drain juice from oranges and pineapple.
Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water.
Add ice cream while hot.
