Arrange ice cream sandwiches in a 9 x 13 serving dish.
Prick with fork.
Pour syrup over ice cream, using as much as desired.
Sprinkle with half pecan and candy pieces.
Cover with Cool Whip.
Sprinkle remaining pecans and candy on top.
Freeze until ready to serve.
