Indian Tacos
Indian Tacos is an easy dinner. Made with 6 c. unsifted flour, 1 tbsp. baking powder, 1 tbsp. salt, 1/2 c. dry milk and 6 tbsp. lard or shortening, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix together dry ingredients, add lard or shortening and mix until crumbly.
Begin adding water until a nice soft dough.
Roll on floured board to desired size.
Poke hole in the middle. Either fry in frying pan with 1 inch of oil or electric fryer. Brown to desired color, turn over and fry on the other side and drain.
