Individual Cheesecakes
Individual Cheesecakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 18 vanilla wafers, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 3/4 c. sugar, 2 eggs and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Place paper liners in 18 muffin cups; put 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of each.
Combine cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla; beat until smooth and creamy.
Fill each muffin cup 2/3 full.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Cool thoroughly. Put a teaspoon of pie filling on top of each cheesecake.
If desired, top with whipped cream.
