Iowa Brownies
Iowa Brownies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. soft butter, 1 c. granulated sugar, 1 can chocolate syrup (16 oz.), 4 eggs and 1 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cream butter and sugar.
Beat in syrup by hand.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Beat in flour.
Fold in nuts.
Pour into greased pan 15 x 10-inches.
(I use a cookie sheet with sides.)
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Sift powdered sugar on top or ice.
