Italian Chicken Enchiladas
Italian Chicken Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. flour tortillas, 1 medium jar spaghetti sauce, 4 large chicken breasts, 1 tbsp. oil and grated cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
In medium saucepan, heat oil.
Dice chicken into small cubes. Add to hot oil.
Sprinkle with garlic powder; saute until cooked. Add spaghetti sauce and heat.
In a 13 x 9-inch pan, spoon just a couple of tablespoons into bottom of pan to keep enchiladas from sticking.
With a slotted spoon, spoon about a tablespoon of chicken and sauce onto flour tortilla shell.
Sprinkle with cheese and roll.
Place in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
When pan is full, pour remaining sauce over tortilla shells.
Sprinkle with cheese. Place in a 350Β° oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
