Italian Ice Cream

Made with 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream (must be ice cream; ice milk won't work), 1 bottle maraschino cherries, drained, 1 small can pineapple tidbits, drained, 1 small can mandarin oranges and 1 pkg. sliced almonds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Put 1/2 gallon ice cream in large bowl. Thaw until you can "stir" and add remaining ingredients. Refreeze. Makes 24 small servings.
