Italian Stallion Sandwich
Italian Stallion Sandwich is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 (5 oz.) natural casing mild italian sausages, 2 tbsp. butter, 2 c. sliced mushrooms, 1 c. chopped green pepper and 1 clove garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Simmer sausage in water until done.
Melt butter in skillet. Saute onion, pepper, mushrooms and garlic until tender (5 to 7 minutes).
Split rolls.
Divide vegetable mixture among rolls. Split cooked sausage and place on top of vegetables.
Pour 1/3 cup sauce on each sandwich.
Top with cheese.
Sprinkle with oregano and paprika.
Heat under broiler until cheese melts and begins to brown (3 to 5 minutes).
Garnish with pickles and parsley.
