Melt Crisco and cocoa in saucepan or microwave.
In separate bowl, mix eggs, sugar, and vanilla, then pour Crisco and cocoa mixture into the bowl.
Mix at medium speed for 1 minute.
Add flour, baking powder and salt; mix until all ingredients are mixed well.
Pour in greased 9 x 11-inch pan and bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
