Made with 1 small pkg. small seashell macaroni, 1 bell pepper, chopped fine, 6 green onions, chopped fine (ends also), 6 large jalapeño peppers, remove seeds and chop fine and 1/2 c. jalapeño juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors.
