Jambalaya
Jambalaya is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 1 1/2 lb. fish, 15 to 25 shrimp, cut into 1/3, 1 c. bacon, chopped, 1 medium to large onion, chopped and sliced and 1/2 bell pepper (red or green), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute in large skillet bacon, onion and green pepper.
Add mushrooms, tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic, broth, rice, fish, shrimp and season.
Pour into greased casserole dish.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
