Jambalaya
Jambalaya is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. rice, 1 lb. kielbasa, cut in 2-inches, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper and 1/2 c. sliced celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook rice according to directions.
While rice is cooking, spray a large skillet.
On medium heat, add kielbasa, onion, pepper and celery; saute.
Add tomatoes and hot pepper sauce; drain rice and add ingredients together.
