Jambalaya
Jambalaya is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. butter, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 small green pepper, diced, 1/2 lb. smoked sausage, sliced and any other leftover meats you wish and 1 1/2 c. raw rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute onion and green pepper in butter.
Add meat and brown. Transfer meat mixture and all remaining ingredients to rice cooker.
Press cook; jambalaya will be ready in 20 minutes.
Serve immediately.
