Jambalaya
Jambalaya is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (28 oz.) box minute rice, 1 lb. sausage (mild or hot), 1 lb. chicken, 1 lb. shrimp (small) and red cayenne pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Fry loose sausage; do not drain.
Cook chicken.
Cut up. Prepare shrimp.
Set all aside.
Prepare rice as per directions on box.
Add in tomato sauce (do not make it soupy), sausage, chicken and shrimp (also dump in grease from sausage).
Add in red pepper to taste.
