Jambalaya
Jambalaya is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. butter, 1 large onion, thinly sliced, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, 2 tbsp. flour and 1 lb. smoked pork sausage, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a large, deep skillet, heat butter.
Add onion, green pepper and garlic; saute 6 minutes or until tender.
Remove from heat; stir in flour.
Gradually add 2 1/2 cups of water, stirring until smooth.
Return to heat.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring.
Reduce heat to simmer.
Cook, covered, stirring occasionally, for about 30 minutes, until rice is tender.
