Janet's Easy Cheesecake
Janet'S Easy Cheesecake is an easy dinner. Made with 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 5 large eggs, 1 1/4 c. sugar, 1 c. sour cream and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Grease a large pie pan.
Combine softened cream cheese, eggs and 1 cup of sugar.
Beat until very smooth.
Bake at 300Β° for 50 to 60 minutes.
Remove and let set until it falls a little.
Mix sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar and vanilla.
Spread on top and place back in oven for 5 minutes.
Chill before serving.
May serve with berries.
