Jazzy Jambalaya
Jazzy Jambalaya is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour. In a heavy 4-quart saucepan, brown sausage over low heat. Drain tomatoes, reserving liquid.
Add water to make 1 1/2 cups. Add to sausage and tomatoes the shrimp and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and stir.
Reduce heat to low.
Simmer 30 to 35 minutes or until liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally.
Remove bay leaf.
Ready to serve.
