Dissolve one package Jell-O in cup of hot water.
Beat together 2 level cups of sugar and 3 eggs.
Add Jell-O and beat. Add enough milk to make required 3 quarts.
Flavor to taste with vanilla and freeze.
Will make 3 quarts.
