Jelly Muffins
Jelly Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. flour, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp. salt and 2 tbsp. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix dry ingredients.
Beat egg until smooth, then add milk and oil.
Make hollow in center of flour mixture and add egg mixture. Fill muffin pans 1/3 full and add a small amount of jelly to each in the center, then fill with batter 2/3 full.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Serve piping hot!
