Jewish Coffee Cake
Jewish Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1/2 lb. butter, soften, 4 eggs, 3 c. flour and 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Cream sugar and butter.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add dry ingredients, then add sour cream and vanilla.
Mix the 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
Grease a tube pan, put in half the batter, then sprinkle half the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Then, put in the rest of the batter and sprinkle the rest of sugar and cinnamon mixture on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes or until done when tested with tester.
