Jud's Pancakes
Jud'S Pancakes is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. milk, 1/2 c. liquid shortening, 2 c. self-rising flour, 2 eggs and 1 tbsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Put milk, eggs, shortening and baking powder in bowl.
Mix real good.
Do not use mixer.
Add flour; stir in just enough to make moist (do not beat).
Preheat ungreased griddle to 350Β°. Pour batter onto griddle; flip when edges get dry and bubbles form in middle.
Makes the best pancakes you ever laid a lip over!
May be mixed and refrigerated.
Batter will keep one week.
