Jumbo Bran Muffins
Jumbo Bran Muffins is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/4 c. oil, 1/4 c. melted margarine, 1 c. buttermilk, 2 eggs and 2 tbsp. honey, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Oil, melted margarine, buttermilk, eggs, honey and molasses.
Add Grape-Nuts and
Mix in separate bowl the flour, soda, baking powder, brown sugar and salt.
Make a well in middle of dry ingredients add wet.
Stir until barely mixed. Bake at 400Β° for
20 to 25 minutes.
These are wonderful and sweet.
