K.C.'S Killer Smoked Salmon is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. brown sugar, 1 (16 oz.) bottle soy sauce, 1/2 (8 oz.) bottle worcestershire sauce and 1 salmon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cut salmon into small pieces.
Put remaining ingredients in large bowl.
Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Add fish and just enough water to cover.
Soak for 8 to 12 hours.
Place on rack and let sit for 1 hour.
Pepper top of fish, if you like.
Smoke to desired consistency.
