Katie's Mac and Cheese
Katie'S Mac And Cheese is an easy family-friendly dish. Made with 2 c. elbow macaroni, 2 tbsp. margarine, 1/2 c. milk, 1 tsp. salt (optional) and 10 oz. velveeta (approximately 1/3 of 2 lb. block), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In Dutch oven, add 6 cups water.
Add salt and bring to a boil. Add macaroni, stirring occasionally.
When macaroni is tender, pour into colander, drain thoroughly and return to pan.
On low heat, add milk, margarine and cubed Velveeta.
Stir constantly until cheese is melted.
