Lasagna
Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/8 tsp. minced garlic, 1 tbsp. basil and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In large skillet, lightly brown beef and onion.
Drain off as much fat as possible.
Add next 8 ingredients, ending with oregano.
Simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, about 25 minutes.
Cook noodles in large amount boiling salted water until tender; drain and rinse.
Combine remaining ingredients except Mozzarella cheese.
Place about 1/2 cup sauce in bottom of 13 x 9-inch casserole.
Place half the noodles layered in baking dish; spread with half the cottage cheese filling.
Add half the Mozzarella cheese and half the meat sauce.
Repeat layers.
Bake at 375Β° about 30 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before cutting in squares.
Filling with set slightly.
Makes 12 servings.
Can be assembled early; refrigerate.
Allow 15 minutes longer in the oven.
