Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. lean ground beef, 1 small onion, chopped, 1 large jar spaghetti sauce, 1 small can tomato paste and 1 medium can stewed tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Brown beef; drain off fat.
Add next 4 ingredients and salt and pepper.
Simmer at least 1 hour.
Combine cottage cheese with parsley, salt and pepper.
In large oblong pan, layer 1/4 meat sauce, 3 lasagna noodles, 1/2 the cottage cheese and 8 ounces Mozzarella.
Repeat, ending with meat sauce, noodles and remaining meat sauce.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
