Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef, 1 large jar ragu with mushrooms, 1 onion, minced, 2 garlic cloves, minced and oregano to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Brown meat in a large skillet with a little olive oil.
Add onion, garlic, oregano, bay leaves and Ragu.
Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
Mix cheese, sour cream and onions.
Set aside.
Cook noodles as directed.
Add a little olive oil to water.
Drain. Spread 3/4 of noodles into a large rectangular pan.
Pour meat sauce over noodles.
Spread the cheese, sour cream and onions over sauce.
Put remainder of noodles over all.
Sprinkle with grated Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Cover with foil and cook for 45 minutes at 350Β°.
