Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 oz. cottage cheese, 1/2 c. parmesan cheese, 1 egg, 1 1/2 tbsp. parsley and 1 lb. lasagna noodles, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix together cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg and parsley. In a 9 x 12-inch pan, layer 1/4 of the sauce, then 3 to 4 noodles, then 1/2 of cheese mixture.
Repeat again.
Now add 1/4 of the sauce, 3 to 4 noodles and then rest of sauce.
Top with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for about 25 minutes.
Let sit a few minutes before cutting.
