Laura's Christmas Morning Eggs
Laura'S Christmas Morning Eggs is an impressive seasonal dish you can prepare in about 1 hour 26 minutes. Mix eggs, sour cream, salt and pepper in blender and pour in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Bake 7 minutes at 400°.
Cook sausage. Add vegetables except Ro-Tel tomatoes and saute until tender.
Add tomatoes and pour over egg mixture.
Melt cheeses and spread over egg and sausage mixtures.
Refrigerate overnight or longer.
Bake uncovered at 350° until hot and bubbly.
Good served with grits soufflé and hot curried fruit.
