Laura's Spaghetti Pie
Laura'S Spaghetti Pie is an impressive dinner. Made with 6 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained, 2 tbsp. butter, 2 eggs, well-beaten, 1/3 c. parmesan cheese and 1 c. cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Add butter, Parmesan cheese, and eggs to spaghetti.
Form mixture into buttered pie plate.
Spread on cottage cheese.
Cook ground beef, green pepper and onions; drain.
Add tomatoes, paste, sugar and seasonings.
Spoon onto spaghetti crust.
Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes at 350Β°.
Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top and bake 5 minutes longer, or until cheese melts.
