Lemon Cheesecake
Lemon Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1 stick melted oleo, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 can pet milk and 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Mix graham cracker crumbs with 1/2 cup sugar and melted oleo. Pat into 2 pans leaving a little for garnish.
Chill Pet milk in freezer while preparing the following: Dissolve 1 cup boiling water.
Cream 1 cup sugar and cream cheese.
Remove Pet milk from freezer.
Whip milk until thick, then fold in Jell-O and cream cheese mixtures.
Pour mixture into graham cracker crusts and garnish with reserved crumbs.
Chill until set.
