Lemon Poke Cake
Lemon Poke Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. duncan hines lemon cake mix, 2 (4 serving size each) pkg. lemon jell-o, 1 pkg. lemon flavor instant pudding and pie filling, 1 c. cold milk and 1/4 c. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Bake cake in a large dish according to directions on box of cake mix.
Cool thoroughly.
Pierce cake with fork at 1/2 inch intervals.
Stir 4 cups of boiling water into the lemon Jell-O and stir for 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
Carefully pour hot mixture over cake.
Cool in the refrigerator.
Then pour 1 cup cold milk into bowl; add 1 package (4 serving size) lemon flavor instant pudding and powdered sugar.
Beat with a wire whisk 2 minutes.
Stir in Cool Whip and spread on cake.
