Lime Pineapple Salad
Lime Pineapple Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. miniature marshmallows, 1 c. milk, 1 pkg. lime-flavored gelatin, 2/3 c. mayonnaise and 2 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, undrained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt marshmallows in milk over low heat.
Pour over gelatin, stirring until dissolved.
Combine softened cream cheese and mayonnaise, mixing until well blended.
Gradually add gelatin, mixing until well blended.
Stir in pineapple.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Fold in whipping cream.
Pour into 2-quart mold.
Chill until firm.
