Low-Fat Carrot Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. carrots, grated, 1 1/2 c. plain yogurt, 1/2 c. raisins, 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained and 2 pkg. sweet 'n low, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook raisins in little pineapple juice for 1 minute in microwave.
Combine all other ingredients.
Add raisins.
Mix well.
If dry, pour a little orange juice over salad.
Will keep several days in the refrigerator.
