Low-Fat Fettuccini
Low-Fat Fettuccini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. flour, 2 tbsp. margarine, melted, 1 1/2 c. skim milk, lemon juice to taste and chopped parsley to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Blend flour and margarine in a saucepan.
Cook for several minutes, stirring constantly.
Stir in milk and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add lemon juice, parsley, black pepper and cheese.
Stir until well blended.
Serve over cooked fettuccini.
Top with additional grated Parmesan cheese.
