Low-Fat Stroganoff
Low-Fat Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground turkey, 3 slices turkey bacon, diced, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 1/2 tbsp. flour and 3/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cook ground turkey and turkey bacon until brown.
Add onion and cook until tender.
Drain off excess fat and liquid.
Blend flour, salt, paprika and pepper with meat-onion mixture.
Stir in undiluted soup.
Cook uncovered over medium-low heat for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring often.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream, mixing until well blended.
Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
