Low-Fat Tofu Burgers
Low-Fat Tofu Burgers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. 1% fat tofu (firm mori-nu lite), 1 1/2 c. rolled oats, 2 tbsp. ketchup, 1 tbsp. dijon mustard and 1 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Place tofu in large bowl and mash with a potato masher.
Add oats and mix well.
Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
Shape into patties and place onto a nonstick baking sheet.
Bake 20 minutes on first side, then turn and bake an additional 10 minutes on the other side.
Makes 8 to 9 patties.
