Wrap tortillas in foil and warm at 350°.
Heat oil in pan. Add onion and pepper for 5 minutes.
Add turkey and brown, then all the seasonings, jalapeño and tomato sauce.
Heat through at 450°.
Place tortilla on cookie sheet.
Top with turkey and cheese.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
Serve with salsa.
