Cook macaroni in salted water until tender; drain.
Beat egg in milk, Pam a square dish.
Layer macaroni and cheese, repeat, then pour milk and egg mixture over macaroni and cheese.
Bake uncovered at 350Β° for 40 to 50 minutes.
