Cook macaroni.
Make white sauce
Combine margarine, flour, milk, salt and pepper.
Place 1/2 macaroni in dish, 1/2 cheese, then 1/2 white sauce.
Repeat.

Put cracker crumbs on top.
Bake for 15 minutes more at 375Β°.
