Cook macaroni (on box).
Cook and stir margarine, onion, salt and pepper over medium heat until onion is tender.
Blend in flour. Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth. Stir in milk.

Place in a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cook, uncovered, at 375Β° for 30 minutes.
