Macaroni and Cheese with Dogs

Bring water to a boil in a large pot.

Add noodles and oil. Let simmer for 10 minutes.

In another pan, boil hot dog pieces. In a large microwavable dish, combine butter, milk and Velveeta. Microwave on high for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted. Drain noodles and rinse thoroughly with hot water.

Combine noodles, cheese mixture and hot dog pieces.

Mix well and serve warm.

Grated Parmesan, salt and pepper can be added for flavor when serving.

This dish can be reheated and served as a leftover. Serves 6.
