Macaroni Fruit Salad
Macaroni Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. macaroni, 3 qt. boiling water, 1 can pineapple tidbits, 1 can mandarin oranges, drained and 1 c. black grapes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Slowly add macaroni and salt to boiling water.
Cook, stirring occasionally until tender.
Drain; rinse with cold water and drain again.
Drain liquid from the pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup of the liquid.
In a large bowl, combine macaroni, pineapple, oranges, grapes, celery, marshmallows and apples in small bowl.
Blend sour cream, mayonnaise, reserved pineapple juice and lemon until smooth.
Toss macaroni mixture with sour cream mixture.
Chill well.
Serve in lettuce lined bowl.
Sprinkle with nuts.
