Melt cocoa, oil and butter in saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat; stir in sugar and add eggs and vanilla.
Beat like mad.
Stir in flour, salt and nuts.
Place mixture in square (8 x 8-inch) pan which has been well-buttered on all sides.
Bake in preheated 325Β° oven for 40 minutes.
Cool before slicing.
