Made with 8 oz. orange gelatin, 2 c. boiling water, 10 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate, 2 c. vanilla ice cream and 1 c. mandarin oranges, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add frozen orange juice; stir until melted.
Add ice cream, oranges and crushed pineapple; stir well, but do not use beater.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Refrigerate and chill overnight to set.
