Maple Pumpkin Cheesecake
Maple Pumpkin Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 c. sugar, 1/4 c. margarine, melted, 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 300Β°.
Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine. Press firmly on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
Add pumpkin, eggs, 1/4 cup maple syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Mix well.
Pour into prepared crust. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes (center will be slightly soft).
Cool. Chill 3 to 4 hours.
Garnish each slice with remaining maple syrup and chopped pecans.
Refrigerate any leftovers.
This cheesecake also freezes well.
