Margie's Tarts
Margie'S Tarts is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1/2 lb. butter, 1/4 c. cold water, pie filling and egg white, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix flour and butter.
Work together.
Add about 1/4 cup of cold water.
Roll in a ball and chill in refrigerator 1 hour at least.
Take out and roll thin.
Use cookie cutters to make round shapes on floured board.
Put filling on one half and fold and seal (half moon shape).
Brush with beaten egg white and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 375Β° for approximately 6 to 8 minutes. Remove from pan while hot.
